4. Don’t book more than a one-hour service, up-front. Ask the price of further hours.
5. If you book a private Escort you have no one to complain to, if a problem arises.
6. Set a realistic time frame for arrival and insist on compliance.

Most Escorts will ask for payment (or your credit card) up front. If he/she is not what you were promised (or they are unrealistically late) and you don’t want them to stay, simply say so and don’t pay. They will probably then ask you for a "cancellation fee" - you are under no obligation to pay it (unless you just want them out of there with minimum fuss). If they have come from an Agency, it would be polite to explain why you are declining them and suggest they make contact with their Agency. You may like to call the Agency yourself.
So - what if all is ok up-front - you paid for the service and there is a problem part way into that service (personal hygiene / non-performance / drug affected etc)? Sadly, there is little you can do, except perhaps shorten the booking and get a partial refund.

However, if you feel you have been hard-done-by and want to take it further, a lot will depend upon where you are (in the world). In many countries, the act of paying for sex is illegal, so you would hardly want to complain to the authorities. So unless you have used an Agency who wants to listen – write it off to experience.
